We all know mods are been suggesting by the other mods etc
So what about a new system to elect new moderators
A new section in the forums where all moderator applications will be posted and on those applications Epicmafia can vote on so its more fair choosing the mod for epicmafia by the players of epicmafia
So its -1 votes or +1 votes with a reason why you downvote or upvote
This will highly stop mods suggesting only friends
A mod should be choosed by the players of epicmafia and not the mods themselves

If you want to fix the mod system. Find a way to lower mod turnover rate, not raise it. That's all I'm going to say about this.
i mean in all seriousness asking questions isn't gonna get better mods, the best idea that ever came to the mod team was by Arcbell, and that's trial mods. You guys shot him down and belittled him for months, when infact his system if implemented with better test dummies could've worked.

Can safely say the languages issue is utterly irrelevant to modding; and that in three years I probably had to read three games in foreign languages, all of which allowed for a quick google translate.
maybe this way though it won't just be a mod circle of bffs.

People getting modded and unbanned is already a popularity contest, Zwink. The mods are incapable of decision making without community flow. It won't make a difference if there's an election system implemented.
