Suggestion:Mod election system

We all know mods are been suggesting by the other mods etc

So what about a new system to elect new moderators A new section in the forums where all moderator applications will be posted and on those applications Epicmafia can vote on so its more fair choosing the mod for epicmafia by the players of epicmafia

So its -1 votes or +1 votes with a reason why you downvote or upvote This will highly stop mods suggesting only friends

A mod should be choosed by the players of epicmafia and not the mods themselves

Current template i thought up

Main account:(Whats your main account)

Alternate accounts:(Your alternate accounts)

Why would you be a good mod(explanition why you be a good mod)

What would you do if three poeple gets into a fight with eachother(explaining how you would handle it)

Do you have any prior experience being a mod?

Did you contribute something to the community

Your timezone:

Langauges you speak(sometimes there are games with other langauges but very uncommonly)

Age:(how old are you in real life)

we're vets, so our opinions are dated and our ideas are archaic.

But i think the election system should just be a guideline for the mods who take everyone who votes 1+ or 1- has to give a readon why its bad/good and those reports will stay until the mods/admins needs a mod and then they can select easier cause the players all given their opninions in the mod report

exactly, so why not automate it and just have 2-3 admin positions overseeing the process

To Implement this you need to make sure that people with more than 10k points in gold hearts are the only ones that are allowed to vote. And only the main accounts. Otherwise the vote system will be abused.

Yeah, as ive mentioned in my previous post here, Sims as an admin could start the election system when it's just needed. If the idea seems fine, ill prob make a thread later so it gets attention of admin
