I want to hear feedback from the EM community and I'd like to know what you'd like to see happening in the moderation team. This is a thread that everyone is welcome to express their likes/dislikes about the team, what needs to be improved, what should stay the same, what should be HC/ what shouldn't.. just a few examples.
I'm asking for constructive criticism, please don't be rude. This is the first step into making the moderation team better and it would really help getting the communities insight on thing.
-What should be HC? What shouldn't?
-Should HC consequences change?
-What changes would make the mod team better?
-Do you guys believe people are reporting out of spite instead of actually being offended?
just get any mod who's been in the mod chat with me to go ahead and copy paste everytime i've told you guys how to mod the hc rule, a fight that i eventually gave up on cuz it was hopeless lol
ideas that would offset impressionable people and slurs. pretty sure this question is hard to answer

i dont think i've ever personally attacked you nor will i ever do that in the future, i've only ever called you an idiot cause your verdicts/input is stupid sometimes. i'm sorry.
you guys should probably take advantage of this thread and use it for its sole purpose instead of mucking it up since this is (supposedly) the beginning of change in moderation that some of you want
