techniques for pills?? the internet literally sucks and i need to take a pill but i can't physically force myself to do it because i'm scared it'll get stuck in my throat the same as the last 4 have

is it really this hard to swallow a pill? the average pill is really not that big... Just put it as far back on your tongue as you can, get a cup of water or juice or something drink the juice and swallow the pill

i have this exact same problem, and yea everyone tells me it's mental. my grandma has the same problem and what she does is she puts the pill in the middle of a banana then eats the banana and apparently it goes does with the banana

Whenever I had trouble it was just mental. I put water in my mouth first and just throw it in and pretend I'm swallowing water like normal and it's fine

put some water in your mouth first and then the pill and swallow it with one big gulp, its what i do and works for me everytime, even horse pills

yep, always make sure you take water with it or you will probably gag or have a hard time getting it down
