techniques for pills?? the internet literally sucks and i need to take a pill but i can't physically force myself to do it because i'm scared it'll get stuck in my throat the same as the last 4 have

i take 3 large capsule pills along with 3 smaller ones every day. i take them all in one shot. if i dont choke on that, you'll be fine!!
