techniques for pills?? the internet literally sucks and i need to take a pill but i can't physically force myself to do it because i'm scared it'll get stuck in my throat the same as the last 4 have

put some water in your mouth first and then the pill and swallow it with one big gulp, its what i do and works for me everytime, even horse pills

Just swallow the pill, jesus. There's no way you actually choke on it every time that seems like a poorly designed pill

Katie I have to swallow a huge pill every morning, I have basically mastered this technique. If you take water with it, think of how cold the water is, nothing else but that and then swallow it. Also squeeze your thumbs in your fists really hard when you are about to swallow.

Get some bread, chew it good without swallowing it, put the pill in the middle of the chewed food and swallow. I say bread but it can work with any food that you can make a nice mush out of.

Yeah, come to think of it you should probably start off on an asian pill first then work your way up to the big black pill

I agree. You should probably start with something small like sonseray's. Then move up to mine and then finally to devante's. Once you tackle devante's, you'll never go back to something like sonseray's or mine
