techniques for pills?? the internet literally sucks and i need to take a pill but i can't physically force myself to do it because i'm scared it'll get stuck in my throat the same as the last 4 have

I have hella gag reflex problems too and I eventually found out they're tied to my allergies and regularly taking mucinex has really helped me with things like swallowing pills and brushing my teeth without nearly vomiting
