Considering the amount of throw this round has had its quite safe to say that it clearly disrupted plenty of runners. A few directly benefited from it and a few got completely crushed by it. Its very hard to blame a runner for this since the throwers actions has mostly been directly against a select few runners while some lucky and others were collateral damage or coincidentally benefited simply by being opposite alignmen
Also if the round is reset, imagine the frustration of rooo. Who was suspended for no reason 2 rounds ago, was thrown against last round, and now he got 2nd place and you reset the round.
Also, nobody wants to play the same setups again. So if literally no one is happy with a reset, then it is not a good decision.
Also resetting the round is absolutely unfair to the other 2 runners.
Tbh, you should just give notes to all the suspected people so that they know you are watching, and others don't do it either. We cant really prove that elyina asked them to throw against others. So we need to let this pass. This has happened every round. But we can stop the soft gts from now on.
You also need to make sure that players are not afraid to lynch runners when they legit fos them.
You will always have to compromise on such things and let a few culprits go in order to keep everything in control. Otherwise you may end up punishing people who have done nothing wrong.
Listen very carefully guys. Although the accused party claims that the accusation pastebin is filled with discrepancies and bias( they may be right as people may see things in a different way), the people who did this investigation should not stop doing such detailed investigation. This will be a new revolution and will help the community in a great way. Especially me. Even if this particular incident is not fruitful, it does not mean that the effort and approach was wrong.
Also, it is absolutely great that the mods shared the information with everybody. To all those who are complaining- they are not asking you to help, they are sharing so that people who are willing to help can provide their opinion. They are equipped enough to take care of this.

Resetting is not fair. It's the lazy option for not going through the suspicious games and refunding them. That's what should be done, because then the legit games played and the amount of time the runners have spent playing will not be lost, because the people in the leaderboard obviously care.
To avoid siutations like this one again, do the competition once a month or even once every three months. Red hearts wouldnt be treted like crap and competitions would have much more worth, also, you'd encourage players like Ethereal -who made an amazing job- to look into the round, because how it is right now it's just tiring, having to look at cheaters and throwers back-to-back. I don't think you even need lucid to make this happen, you could pause the round and remove setups until the time for competitive arrives.
I think it'd definitely improve the site. (BTW the competition held every three months is the best option here).
Only the role mods + 2 mods handle cheating 100% and compile evidence. This poll is just an easy way to get more opinions, ultimately its the mods call on what to do.

19 friggin moderators and you take 4 days to figure out if someone's cheating and in the end just cough it up to the community through a poll.
