Wow elyina should definitely not place this round.

This is a really hard decision for edark, because it sets a very bad precedence. He has the dilemma to let go off a runner who he thinks is not legit, while keeping things in control, or suspending her by setting a very harsh precedence. Because in future if someone doesnt do this kind of investigation, then a non legit runner will win and it will not be fair.

I think we should support edark in this decision and let him take a judgement call.

Or may be edark can try and find a way to keep everyone happy. That would be very difficult, but with help of everybody, we can come up with something.

1- If I were edark, I would probably suspend elyina.


2- this is a great investigation, which was never done before and this would definitely stop people from throwing like this. They now know that they can't get away with any kind of shady stuff.

3- this has been done almost every round where people play half heartedly or straight up throw against other runners when their friend is running. Like jeff, sine, elise all making me lose the last round and the round before that. I lost every game due to them, but none of those could be shown as gt unless we make a pastebin and show the patter.

4- basically if any person is playing and losing, it has to be with some other runner as all players playing gold hearts are basically runners. So every questionable game can't be looked at this way.

5- although in this case I get the feeling that elyina was onto this and the throwers deliberately helped elyina, I wouldn't keep this as a standard for disqualifying anyone. Because this is too harsh. This could get a legit runner disqualified due to coincidence.

So the question here is whether we want to set a precedence like this. Whether it will be biased in future. For example, in the bin they say that it didn't affect other two runners as they couldn't be passed. But that is incorrect. The throwing coukd be done at any stage of competition.
