I want to hear feedback from the EM community and I'd like to know what you'd like to see happening in the moderation team. This is a thread that everyone is welcome to express their likes/dislikes about the team, what needs to be improved, what should stay the same, what should be HC/ what shouldn't.. just a few examples.
I'm asking for constructive criticism, please don't be rude. This is the first step into making the moderation team better and it would really help getting the communities insight on thing.

When I see a mean comment on epic mafia dot game I go cry in the corner sipping on my apple juice box because I take every persons opinion who probably will never have any impact on my life seriously
do you think im being hateful to you if i call you a Rjeindeer-Fjucker, since you are not norweigan you probably do not find this to be hateful

it shouldn't be a bannable offense to use the Lord's name in vain
-What should be HC? What shouldn't? HC is when you call a black person the n-word or a mentally disabled person the r-word. calling someone with an iq of 140 the r-word is not a hateful comment and calling someone native to iceland a sp*c is not a hateful comment.
-Should HC consequences change? TBH i would like to see it be only a community rule that gets you banned from forum posting but I think that being openly racist or similar to someone in a game should get them banned
-What changes would make the mod team better? There have been mods in the past who let their opinions on social issues influence their moderation, e.g. if someone is harassed but the mod thinks they are in the wrong they let the harasser off. demod people who cannot be objective.
-Do you guys believe people are reporting out of spite instead of actually being offended? of course they are, i told a user whos name rhymes with dogerr that they were being stupid repeatedly for lynching me over my cc and got reported even tho they were maf and clearly i do not think lynching the real cop is stupid if you are maf. there was even that incident a month or so ago where someone called someone else a c*nt but they took no offense, a third party with a grudge reported them and got them banned
