There is a draft. You have to be present 3 days after the round starts in Crunk or Chronic lobby to pick your first player, ectect until your team is set. The players you want can be stolen by other cities. - The only player you have control over is yourself and your lieutenant.

Hey Mafia, if you have to reallocate people from NYC, then anyone who wasn't in the Dragons is first to go.

Fine someone can be the captain of hell, but it is first come first serve, and there can only be one Tartarus, Hades, Hell, Sheol, Underworld ect. We won't have a Hell, and Hades team for example :P. It is all the same place. No about nyc bucket arena blacksnakemoan :P and xburton just vote Jakarta, you can Captain Sydney or Melbourne and I will make it a team.

How is Hell not a city? It has more than 200,000 inhabitants since, lets be real, there are definitely more than 200,000 nonbelievers of christianity who will burn in hell.

The city you vote is just so captains know your region, the city you captain can be ANY city of it's time or a current city that has over 200,000 people. Example, Quad-cities, Stolkholm, Berlin, Corinth, Sparta, Atlantis, and I will accent Heaven and Hell since Heaven is a city but not hell , also I will accept other religious cities if in their scriptures they are considered cities. Tartarus, Valhalla ect

Satan - sry I was dividing by region to get the most popular cities as far from each other as possible. Brazil won a World Cup so they are fine. :P and BearGuru you said you were interested in paying if we did this in August, so here we are.
