Atlantis is NOT a city. You are now Moscow, OR you can pick another Greek or Greek Mythical City. blacksnakemoan, if you want to name NYC that, you have to dedicate a webpage, and write a story of it's history 2,000 words at least. OR post a website that has a 2,000 word history of Concrete Jungle Wet Tomato.

I am ok with one alt per player. Don't cheat. If you get caught most likely your alt will be shut down too, and if you have like 3 alts or more you are just ruining it for yourself and everyone else. I want people to run, we need accounts involved. After someone has gained 600 points, then people will be drafted. This way your alt might have a chance that your main account didn't. BUT alts act like normal accounts they have to vote a city to join.

What is the rule for having multiple accounts in the competition?
My thoughts on this matter: In a real life competition you only have yourself, there's no alternative version of you or anything like that. In this regard i'd say it would be fair for everyone if all the participants use only one of their accounts.

OK with that locks the first 10 teams. Now we have 2 weeks to gain the rest of the participants before the round and the draft.

----ANNOUNCEMENT----

You can submit for becoming a CAPTAIN, and make a new team from here on out, BUT I am placing a cap on teams at ten teams until we have 44 players involved, then I will bring in team # 11, @ 48 players involved I will bring in team # 12. ect. ect. we are currently at 27 players. This way everyone is guaranteed 4 players for the minimum.

Captains who are not present at the draft will be disqualified and placed in the pool for picking. This way you can still run for the tokens.

Lieutenants present CAN substitute for their Captains if absent.

You have to get Blister to accept you, if you doubt he will pick you up you might have to be the Captain of Leeds or Liverpool and create a separate team.
