i never once stated anything about the mentor program when you were running it because i wasn't around, my whole thread if you read my posts in it or the op is about the mentor program in it's current state, which is pretty much doing nothing

Perhaps some people will not see a point in contuining to play competitively when what they have already accomplished is suddenly nowhere to be found.

If you deleted Giga when I had a lone silver trophy and 12,000 points on it, I would probably not come back.

giga, only a small amount of people play unranked. it's like 30 people that play that illuminati setup with Satan and Harrold, so i don't really care about incorporating them in any way since they won't make a difference.

however I don't see how you ran the mentor program though when you had such a narrow view on recruitment of new & potential players, I honestly am positive i could join red heart games and within the next 2 hours get at least 2 players to pm me about tips and eventually sign up for the mentor program.

Of course I won't do that because i'll probably also gain a HC/Harassment vio simultaneously

SGR had a good idea for the time when the lobbies were segregated but now with the merging i think gold heart games aren't exactly necessary either

maybe instead of trying to bring unranked and red heart players to gold heart games, we should bring gold heart players to unranked and red heart games. get rid of the competition and make new competitions for unranked and red heart games.

I've given my stance and opinion though, and I don't think the outcome of this will be what those who support this expect. In fact, I think it might even make it worse.

Personally speaking, I don't think I'd feel any sort of newly found desire to play my gold hearts every day even if we did do a stat wipe and got rid of the competition for awhile. Of course it would be wrong of me to speak on anyone else's behalf, but, I really do think Giga brings up a fair point.
