Reset trophies, reset ELO, reset points, reset all mentors, start competition from Round 1. Custom Lobby trophies to no longer count towards HOF.

Can we get a vote on this?

It's not that far-out really. As for lucid, well, he might go for it if he's nagged.

The only issue with a stat reset would be farming back up to the necessary point requirement for competition.

Though I guess that would be null if we also implemented the idea of getting rid of the competition in the Main Lobby for a month or so.

Yeah I agree. Previous efforts should be recognised, but not relevant to current impetus.

Like I said, if you want to pay homage to the vet players with a bunch of trophies; Giga, Brownpimp, even Jazz can get their own page, all their trophies across their accounts shown on them and they can write a bio about whatever the hell they want, that can be there like a Legends tab. The rest needs to go, no question.

Giga, your trophy stopped meaning anything when lucid merged the lobbies and made custom lobbies have trophies.

The issue is that a fair amount of players base their playstyle and reads around better-known players, and trophies/points are a part of that..
This is a big problem.
Depends on how you see it. It's a natural part of the game and I don't think it should change.
Even if it is a part of the game, people will still have the opportunity to do that after a few weeks have passed. It would just be more accurate to date.
