i've got a solution. how about past cheaters have to inform the mods when they plan to trophy run and mods just keep a close eye on their games?? that seems like an everybody wins solution to me.

I think it's pretty ridiculous that you guys let former cheaters trophy run at all, even if they aren't cheating anymore. The only remotely forgivable cheater is Anthony and he is the exception that proves the rule.

I'm not saying unban them or throw suspicion off, or cut em some slack because they did it again. I'm saying "don't assume automatically without looking at proper evidence" because evidence is what cheating investigations are based off of. There's definitely a higher chance of a former cheater cheating again, evidently, but it's only fair that a person should look at the evidence first. Like, I can currently accuse any former cheater with cheating and put a completely bogus pastebin with no evidence at all, the pastebin remains bogus even though the chance a former cheater cheated again remains high. I can't say "User X Cheated before, there is no proper evidence to rule on it as cheating again but he did it once why the hell would he not do it again?".

TLDR look at evidence and deal with it knowing a person did it before; you can't do the latter without the former or the former without the latter.
