and its been 3 years. im not going to announce when i'm running because running sometimes happens when you just play lots of games

even if you weren't excluded since your ban was so long ago, it would take 3 seconds to make a post in some thread saying "i am kerry and i would like to be eligible for winning a trophy on this account for round 394934"

I don't think "serving your time" changes the fact that you cheated and it's pretty disappointing that you cheated at all because you were actually loads of fun to play with.

Anyway, don't let cheaters run and if you do have to let them run please impose requirements that place them under greater scrutiny

I don't dislike you Miki and I think you've probably learned your lesson too, but I've had trophies stolen from me by cheaters and it really just ruins the entire competitive aspect for me (which is what I enjoy)
i confessed to lexi + served out my time. theres no "probably" about it

also this happened before the mass unban/vio wipe

I think if you get caught cheating once, you get the 6 month ban and that should be it. If you're caught evading or cheating again after your 6 months again, you should be absolutely banned forever from competitive. A great example of someone that applies to is Prevail

Banning past cheaters from having secret alts sounds reasonable.

so, the solution would be to make a thread where past cheaters have to announce their intentions to run in whilst making it clear who they are. that way, all eyes will be on them throughout the round and any ex-cheaters who try to run w/o making a post first will be blocked from taking trophies.

I like this idea. A lot.

Shouldn't mods be investigating the 3 winners of each round regardless of who they are?
