it's quite simple Tiers go from S and then A-F with - or + depending on how necessary I think it feels.

A-F tier means that I think your strongest trait is in one of these tiers. S+ means that I think you have 4 traits in A tier. S means I think you have 3 traits in A tier. S- means I think you have 2 traits in A tier.

The 4 traits I will rate are.

Ability to not get lynched. I think this is a key skill as both mafia as town, but the reason this is here is because you generally have more of an influence on the game if you don't get lynched. A player who is consistently able to avoid being lynched is A tier.

Mechanical ability. This is your ability to understand setups and always play your outs, sometimes increasing your winrate by a few percent is enough to make every game count. A player who often leads the mechanics of the setups and is willing to make risky plays is A tier.

Ability to Scumhunt. The ability to consistently have good reads is a skill I think a lot of current top players have. Pretty self explanatory, consistently being able to read the game is a great skill. A player who is consistently able to hammer mafia is A tier. This is the most ambiguous category, considering everyone reads differently.

Mafia play. The ability to win as mafia. Often times being a mafia is a mix between not getting lynched and mechanics, but this one is mostly a tone thing. A player who can play tonally well as mafia is what I consider to be A tier.

For what it's worth, I don't think it's possible for anyone to get F tier, since I'm rating by their strongest traits. Each of these traits is a play style that can get a decent win-rate.

Well rounded, which means each of your skills is at most 2 away.

For example veggieking is wellrounded and I'd say his skills are around A- tier, but not enough to be S tier.

Benny is well rounded but he's mechanically 2 more than each of the other skills.
