This is not just a mafia site, people this is supposed to be EPIC MAFIA DOT COM people!
Classic is great and all but how are we not bored of playing it nonstop all the time by now, this site has been up for a decade and we are actually degressing!
Back in 2008, classic mafia actually wasn't the only setup played, in fact it was made a month or two after the very first setups that were played.
In the spirit of the forerunning mafia players, let's do some new things!
Back pre-2012 the good players were like, actually good. Probably because they weren't noobs who played the same setup over and over and just played every game on autopilot. They probably had some level of brainpower.

I solemnly swear to at least make a tiny attempt to bring this website back to it's former glory by playing some setups once in a while that are not part of the current mainstream.
that's not to say that i think competitive or setups that aren't the standard FP or guns and hookers etc aren't fun, rewarding or worth playing. i'm just saying you should let people choose what they want to play and worry more about yourself and your own happiness bro
his idea of improvement is misguided though, some people just want to play for fun rather than going into games that can take 30 minutes or more of hard thought only to lose the game because of someone else at the last second and have an angry indian yell at you, and i don't think there's anything wrong with that.
why do you have a problem with people playing what they want? because they aren't people with big brains like you? it must take a lot of cerebral power to complain on the forums about other people having fun rather than just going out and having fun too. it's lonely at the top my dude.
EM has been terrible since about 2012-2013. Its not just the games and setups people play. Its the fact some people get really strong opinions on what setups should and shouldnt be played by everyone, what makes you a pro and what doesnt, and just the overall cheating and witch hunts for cheaters (generally done by and reinforced by other known cheaters) once Skype groups and stuff became a big part of the daily EM life, the backstabbing, snaking, and overall drama that unfolds on this site is due to Lucid's lack of concern for what 14-18 year old circle jerkers are currently running the site.
Expose I am doing literally what you just said I played em for like 20 hours straight yesterday testing 2 setups and playing other stuff people have on and off
so don't tell me I'm not doing anything or I'm full of empty words, this is why I made the petition and signed it.
Don't tell me I don't have a right to complain about this either. Ofc I can't force people to do anything, and I'm not trying to do that.
The problem is that mafia is a multiplayer game, so if no one else joins unique games then there is no way for them to be played. As much as I wish I could play every role, I can't, or it wouldn't be very fun anyways.
So if anyone is going to join me in breaking through the mainstream the sign the petition and help me prove haters like expose wrong!!!! (expose hates complainers, complaining is good and productive when the complainer is actively trying to fix what they are complaining about)
You can't force people to play other setups. Be the change you want to see. Make different setups and sit in those tables until they fill. If they don't fill? Remake. Invite your friends. Complaining about it won't change anything.
