I don't think you can actually be dependent on weed. You can have a psychological predisposition to it, but if you do you'd probably be on some worse drugs if it weren't weed.
It's literally a 323 number (Los Angeles). Josh lives in New York. There are also posts in this thread now that are incredibly more personal such as Josh sending photos of him bleeding out to Rebecca when they broke up

Well since she brought up my harmless teenaged brother being dependent on weed as a dig against me, I'd have no problem spilling all the shit she told me about her boyfriend
The post that was deleted was Rebecca's creepy 31 year old internet hacker boyfriend sending me a text listing all of my relatives because I tried to get him demodded on a mafia website. The number he used obviously was a fake (that he's probably paying actual real life money to scare kids on the internet with) so there was no point in deleting it. If anything you should have deleted the comment I posted about him slitting his wrists to get back at Rebecca after they split up which was much more personal. But hey mods are stupid as hell
