Therapy may have its benefits but as someone who has tried grief therapy, let me assure you that it is an absolute crock of sh.it. A therapist can talk you through the pretend problems in your head but they can't make someone less dead.
without irony, i think it would be beneficial for most people, if they have the means to get it, to go to therapy/counseling of some kind. there's nothing wrong with wanting to feel better.
if you're not feeling therapy, i also suggest something called mindfulness meditation. it sounds kind of silly at first, but for anxiety, it can be really useful to delve into.

is there really something wrong with social anxiety therapy goers? I don't think that's such a bad thing. I think people doing whatever they can to correct things like that is a good thing. I think being proactive is always better than being inactive.

gosh sonse you are really self-aware, i'm glad you are so self-aware because there was an itty bitty problem in the crevices of my mind about that and you and mist so i am glad that you have said you are self-aware and alleviated that, it was not nagging me at all but it made me a little less sad to find out you were self-aware, thank you for making epicmafia a little happier today
