i think we need a good discussion on black lives matter.

could someone please explain to me how black people are oppressed in US society and how they plan to fix such racial issues?

Sirius, I think you're getting confused by the name of the movement. No one would disagree that black lives matter, but the movement, 'black lives matter', is inherently stupid and isn't contributing anything to help.

The twice as many whites as blacks argument is so stupid. The black population in America is about 12%, whereas the white population is around 77%. Even if the # of whites killed is double, the amount is still disproportionate. My assumption to why it is disproportionate is simply because there usually is more minorities living in poverty, which is mostly where gun violence happens.
