could someone please explain to me how black people are oppressed in US society and how they plan to fix such racial issues?

That proves the point? Unless you think some race are somehow "inherently predisposed" to committing crime which is well, by definition, racist. The only rational explanation would be that poverty and discrimination and the culture that develops around it are the things responsible for what's happening to blacks right now.

Yeh but Roman and Greek religion are fairly identical, and I assume have similar origin myths, in the dominant Greek tradition Prometheus(Same name in both traditions) does in fact shape man from clay, but life is breathed into the clay by Athena(Roman name Minerva.)

Tbh I don't know enough about Greco-Roman religion though.

In fact I looked it up and humanus comes from humus which means soil, so we have the idea here of humans being of dust basically, and it's not remotely gendered.

Anyway I think it's kind of stupid to utter "ALL LIVES MATTER" at a black lives matter protest or over their posts because they're attempting to make a point that their lives matter as much as any other human life and not that other life is somehow unimportant or irrelevant and you're sort of being a douche if you're white because by virtue of hundreds of years of western history you are in fact, historically speaking, the only life that has true value based upon the subjective valuation of the masses of white voices. I think though if you wanna try to construct your own platform independent of theirs though based on the conceptual idea that "all life matters" then go ahead.

To be honest the fact humans can give value to otherwise valueless things makes existence both fun and tiresome at the same time.
