on the mentor page are actually learning anything?
How hard would it be to fix the mentor program completely, I remember when Shivv - arguably one of the best players wanted to be a mentor attempted for months to become a mentor and no one gave him the time of day.
Why have a program if it's not being incorporated into the site to do what it's suppose to do? I literally just actually looked at the mentor page and I see maybe 1 or 2 mentors who actually don't suck at the game, the mentees are literally all the same anime bullSh** avi, what the hell how does no one notice the site literally sucks because no one is teaching the new players how to progress from Fancy Pants > other setups,
Because I never had time to do it. I quit the first time for personal reasons and the second time I got booted one day after finding out i had the job (i was never told). I have skype logs with Jasprar that included my plans that I had for expansion, but I was removed because I "wasn't needed" and nothing has happened since.
I didn't make a fuss though because what would that have accomplished

I asked Ucklar to make me a mentor when Tashie wanted a mentor. He said he'd be fine with me being a mentor, but I'd have no say in which mentees I get.
the mentor program is crap, the way moderators are chosen is crap, the competition is crap. work has to be done. changes need to be made.

Giga, why couldn't u have expanded the mentor program? I'm not asking you to put your life into it but i actually believe the mentor program is one of the easiest ways to make the players on this site better, if you have mentors who play in classic mafia / fancy pants games and then they can sorta see the players who have potential in their eyes, then they can PM them and ask if they'd like some help becoming better at the game, are you telling me the players would say no?
There were different mentors 18 months ago buddy I'm not even in the program now

also who the hell cares what your other mentors think.. LOOK AT THEM you literally had or have 5 mentors with anime avis, of course they're gonna be little babies and not like shivv, they probably wouldn't have wanted me as a mentor either
It feels like most of the mentors are not doing anything. I may be wrong of course so don't get mad at me ^^. Imo, almost everyone who posted above me would do a better job at mentoring than most of the actual mentors.(excluding 2 or 3) Those are just my thoughts.
