This site is... kinda bad. I have spent a long time on this site and it has not seen one bit of improvement. The player base sucks, there are numerous glitches that the administrator is not around to solve, and it is overall becoming a negative experience for me.
I have seen a ton of my friends quit the site over the last few months. The most important of them was appleofmyeye. And while I still have a lot of friends here, knowing nicole would be with me made me come back happily. Knowing she is gone leaves a void in this site that cannot be filled.
I have been beginning a lot of IRL stuff, such as joining the golf team at my high school, and many other cool things that are picking up and I just do not have the same kind of time as before. This is why I am considering taking some time off of the site. And I will. I will be back within a month I am sure. I have a bunch of you on Skype and stuff, so we can still connect there.
TL;DR: This site is becoming cancer so I am leaving. Bye
**** u steven UR just a hater. i'm gonna be a mod i'll just send in an app like kino's

The problem with no quotas is that the actually motivated mods then do more reports to make up for those who are being lazy rather than leaving reports open, then they get burnt out because theyr'e doing too many, then they leave and you're left with the lazy mods who don't up their game, ever.
this was honestly the problem when pm did like 200 reports and i feel like that's what led hima to become the hima she is today.

yeah, it's absolutely a mindset issue and i know this. i'm saying that, in theory, there's no reason there should be issues like there were when other mods felt slighted because pereking was doing too many reports

he banned drjackshephard for guising into him!! that's true leadership we need
He once called me an ignorant child for disagreeing with him on hipfiring =(
I remember this quite vividly, and the hate mail he sent me for deleting that topic because he was being needlessly aggressive and stupid.

i helped sims slay dezeraie, but then i felt like an because i used my position as a mod to force dan into a tight spot and that's objectively not what i should've done
Why do people even remain mods if they don't want to mod? I can understand the sods who are mods for like cheating investigations like Arcbell and Polo but if you know you aren't gonna do reports which is literally the only thing you have to do why not just quit lol
the answer is literally prestige and popularity. it's the chance to be a big fish in a small dumpster

the idea of quotas is really stupid because the only end goal should be a clear report log and if that means one guy's doing 50% of the reports then who cares because at least the job's getting done. it's literally a binary situation; either all the reports are done or they arent, and the fact that quotas have been around for years now and have only really resulted in more complaints kinda speaks to this. granted, it's a mentality issue; if your team is working with a team mindset with regard to accomplishing a specific goal then there's no reason that people should be at one another's throats over how many reports one did
