like, i think you're trying to shoot a hole in the idea of "playing for the refund" but the only situation in which a refund would even apply is if the doctor decides not to play to his win condition

The mafia can kill anyone else. If the doc random saved, yeah. But the doc saving the guy the doc is supposed to be on is fine.

it's a zero downside scum strategy unless doc saves on meteor and the mods don't refund it for gamethrowing, but if doc saving on meteor isnt refundable then town should never ever ever want to play BV in the first place

and if cop starts hiding d1 then they can't get doc protection or lead ever, which is also good for mafia
cop should out all 3 reports day 3 and NL, and then die night 4. there's no incentive for mafia to do anything but NK n1 and shoot the d1 cop claim every other night
