This guy didn't know he had a chance until some people were banged. He would have played if he knew he had it. So he should be allowed to play it. It's not that he is playing extra hearts. Also, technically the round didn't end as a pause means that it shouldn't end. Even if you think it technically did, then this guy technically will pay the sane amount of games as others and would have more points. A pause doesn't mean the round is over. It is paused to stop it from ending. Cheaters are caught so that the people below then can run. If those people had no idea that they had a chance then they were at a disadvantage anyways.
