Back in my day I was mentoring trophy winners on msn, especially when it was clear I no longer fit in the meta.

I guess winning at a sub 50% clip could win you a trophy back then. I also guess the competition has gotten harder.

Everyone said that when I won gold. This statement would have validity if FP wasn't your most played setup.

Harder? Are you kidding? I came back in November 2011 and was stomping on seasoned comp players. You really think a FP lobby is breeding seasoned comp players? They're not. This game is so blatantly simple it's a joke.

The only challenge is actually getting a comp game.

I think it's fair and OK for people to play their hearts after a round gets paused since: 1) they're still playing the same amount of hearts, 2) persons in question may have not played their hearts due to the lack of knowledge that they could trophy, with cheaters in play and 3) other logical reasons

We informed y'all about it in the round thread last time it was relevant, 6 rounds ago, and as soon as we paused the round this time.

1). Bear asked to be DQ'd, but it was unnecessary so he was unsuspended.

2). It's the current mod team's policy that if you didn't finish playing hearts by midnight, then the round is considered over and you can't move up in the standings. This seems logical to me, because a cheating investigation shouldn't affect anyone but the potential cheater. A change to this could of course be discussed for future rounds, tho.

If for some reason you decided to try anyway, and actually passed a trophy winner, you'd just get suspended =(

it's not a new policy.

Im confused, are you mad because you dont know why the round is paused or do you disagree with people not being allowed to use their unused hearts?

It's more about Bacde's campaign after Edark turbo-killed mine. I remember when Bacde made a mafiascum plea for my unbanning and risked getting banned himself; he's a good guy that deserves a trophy, ... IMO
