1). Bear asked to be DQ'd, but it was unnecessary so he was unsuspended.
2). It's the current mod team's policy that if you didn't finish playing hearts by midnight, then the round is considered over and you can't move up in the standings. This seems logical to me, because a cheating investigation shouldn't affect anyone but the potential cheater. A change to this could of course be discussed for future rounds, tho.
If for some reason you decided to try anyway, and actually passed a trophy winner, you'd just get suspended =(
