Losing hearts when you get n1'd

It sucks getting n1'd, we all agree on that. However, what sucks the most in heart games is the fact that you can get n1'd and then lose a heart because of it even though you haven't even participated in the game.

In my opinion, you should not lose a heart if you haven't even been ABLE to take any action whatsoever in a game.

In the same way, you should not gain any points in case you win a game and you haven't been able to take any action.
