This is my third attempt at creating a forum mafia game, I have decided that the previous ones have not received enough participation and hope that this one will.

look i spent an hour and a half last night trying to convince Wadanohara that I was town under the belief that she was just town with a bad read
but then she keeps twisting my actions to find the most suspicious explanations for everything: -i spent time to defend myself when i was tunneled so therefore i am overly defensive and reactive so must be mafia -i decided not to spend more time on walking you guys through what i said that makes me towny, so i must not have anything to point out (dude that’s not how i play mafia. i drop towntells and people can read them if i has to go through and explain to everyone why i should be townread after towntelling i’d probably spend 2 hours per game) -i’m appealing to emotion which is automatically scummy (a mentor once told me that appealing to emotion for NO reason is a scumtell, but i think you literally tunneling me and saying every attempt at a towntell is scummy is a good reason to ate lmao)
And Miller should claim. I thought about it overnight and I think it ensures that a guilty later is confirmed a guilty, since you had the opportunity to say you were miller D1.
Wadanohara vs. january are leveling off paragraph long accusations at each other right off the bat which is kind of wild but also seems town v town
d3x and take both out reads (and don't think I didn't notice you both fos me) yet have no real reasoning... I can understand having an early read but I don't understand what you contribute by outing it without any kind of explanation.
I don't see many real reads OR justification from leb.

I am null on projectmatt, he seems like he is trying to probe people for reads but is not really following through.
alternatively: I posted relevant information that I thought would give everyone a stronger context with which to read the game from the beginning. I'm not asking to be townread but don't pretend to infer my motivation.
Well, I'm going to bed now, and I really hope more people speak up soon. We don't have much time before the day is over, and it would be really helpful to have more input before we decide on a lynch.
Yeah, but I can do long drawn out explanations as mafia, doesn't mean I'm town. What really matters is the content of it, and whether it makes sense for town. For me, it doesn't. I find a lot of it doesn't connect and it seems to be more on the defensive side and reveal a lot of insecurity in her own reads.
Ik, which is why I was adamant about knowing whether Jan townread me or scumread me.
I just didn't know whether Jan would choose to townread a mafia or town, but I do agree with you that mafia tend to put 1 mafia and 1 town in instances like that. It would also explain why Jan was so bothered by my townread on Mac, because in her eyes, she would know it's not true.
And there was point where she said, "I'm arguging with you so we can see if townread on Mac is true or not" which really bothered me, because that would mean she had some reason to believe it could not be true.
But, do you think them being partners is likely? Do you think mafia would right away townread their partner? Right away, Jan announced a townread on Dex and Mac, so do you think there is a possibility they included one of their partners in there?
I'm now kinda uncertain, because I thought perhaps Jan was trying to out that for towncred, like Matt said, but thinking more, I'm now wondering if my townread on Mac really is wrong, and Jan is using that to their advantage to try to pin my read on Mac as false and make herself appear better. This seems weird, but I've seen people do that in games before, and that might be why Jan is so adamant about focusing on it.
And I'm pretty sure I'm the only one fosing Jan, unless I'm mistaken. I wasn't kidding about tunneling, so I'm not surprised Jan is frustrated, whether mafia or town. But, a mafia sure would not like the attention on them like that constantly, over analyzing everything they say, but of course town wouldn't either. However, town would start to grow suspicious if someone they saw as definite town kept fosing them, more of a natural reaction. Yet, for Jan, it didn't like that in the slightest, rather they were sure of my alignment
