2. If someone is afk, he won't be able to nl anyway. So it doesn't matter how much you want people to nl fast, if someone is afk, you won't get it. And I was just pinging the afk. That's your second mistake.

Guy I just don't agree with you here on any of these. The third one especially. When I'm sheriff I want everyone to nl fast so there's no time for pr reads, if you are stalling I consider it an anti-town action regardless of any presumed meta.
that’s not a hipfire — even if that was the reason he shot you he’s allowed to read into that and just because you’re saying it’s non alignment indicative doesn’t mean he has to read it as such. you had other content that could sway his decision.
i would also argue that it wasn’t a grudge as he waited 7+ minutes to shoot— if he was grudging he would’ve shot earlier and not given you several warnings
