There is literally a vio for derailing threads. And it is known as forum spam vio. Make use of it to moderate forums. Make use of hateful comments vio. There is no need to punish people unfairly just because they did something wrong in your eyes.

then ally and charley individually suspended someone for making jokes that were blatantly transphobic

then firecape made his 8 hours later when there were multiple warnings in the thread

what due process do you want pranay, because i'm not going to sit here all day and file a report on everything i see bc (a) there's a 10min cooldown and i'm not loaded with alts like you, and (b) he had plenty of warnings IN THE THREAD HE READ

Entire mod team should face the consequences if they agree with breaking rules. Why do you guys keep making stupid decisions.

I am not saying unban him. I am saying just give him a forum spam vio right now. Because you can. And then he will stop. If he doesnt then he gets another vio until he is banned. You can give him multiple forum spam vios if he already made hateful statements many times.

It looks like your motives are not to stop people. Your motive is to shoo people away if you don't disagree with them. You guys are a disgrace to moderation if all of you agreed to it.

I was the first one to do it with the agreement of multiple mods and then stated in the thread that the punishment would apply to other ppl who trolled as well and he chose to do so anyway, the entire mod team is aware of all of this
