I am generally better with longer time controls (rapid, classical, correspondence) and struggle with blitz or any type of bullet.

I am accepting challenges, including correspondence. Standard chess only please

I think I have gotten better, I improved my tactics rating a lot. Getting over 1800 tactics rating was a big achievement for me (although my ELOs in most time controls are still mostly ~1200). I am much better at longer time controls

Yes. I feel as though have a good understanding of the game but my execution is bad. I have trouble finding moves a lot of the time and it makes it hard for me to do well against a better-versed opponent
