I've kept a list of brief thoughts on seasonal anime I watch on a different site for a few years now. That site is gone now but I still keep track so if ur interested u can check it out here I guess...
There's tons of shows not mention here that I watch each season as well in addition to shows I watch after they've already aired so just ask if you're curious about anything else or check out my MyAnimeList account it has a complete list. I typically watch around 25 anime a season so there's a good chance I've seen or at least know most shows you would be interested about.

DAILY SONG - Kenichiro Suehiro - Song of Raindrops From the Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou OST
I love songs that can pull this kind of thing off and it happened at the perfect time in the show to cement my love of it. I was very surprised the show ended up winning the "Best Slice of Life" category for Crunchyroll's anime awards this year even though I voted for it myself. It was nice to find I wasn't alone in loving this hidden gem.
So yes if you didn't guess on that note this will finally be another anime recommendation from me!
Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou (Girls' Last Tour)
"Amid the desolate remains of a once-thriving city, only the rumbling of a motorbike breaks the cold winter silence. Its riders, Chito and Yuuri, are the last survivors in the war-torn city. Scavenging old military sites for food and parts, the two girls explore the wastelands and speculate about the old world to pass the time. Chito and Yuuri each occasionally struggle with the looming solitude, but when they have each other, sharing the weight of being two of the last humans becomes a bit more bearable. Between Yuuri's clumsy excitement and Chito's calm composure, their dark days get a little brighter with shooting practice, new books, and snowball fights on the frozen battlefield.

It's a simple yet beautiful episodic story (I'm a sucker for episodic shows I will admit) which contains the oddest blend of cute relaxing entertainment and deep contemplation in a bleak desolate landscape.
DAILY SONG - Takao Naoki - Last Days From the Ranpo Kitan: Game of Laplace OST
Also for those of you who don't know Super Smash Bros for the Nintendo Switch was confirmed during the Nintendo direct with the addition of the Splatoon Squid Kids which is extremely exciting for me! Was watching it at work with friends and we all burst out screaming when the announcement happened.
same tbh life just goes on but nothing to complain about so that's good in my book.
I'll give u 3 of each cause idk if you've seen them or not.
Romance:
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun - A classic. (but less well known than the BIG ones)
Tsuki ga Kirei - Simple yet heartwarming.
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia - If you want a little mystery and spooks added to your romance.
Bonus 4th - Koi wa Ameagari no You ni - Currently airing and quite a unique premise.
Action: Magi - The entirety of the Magi series (2 seasons + the Sinbad spinoff season) while long should be watched if you haven't already. No ifs ands or buts.
Karas - 6 episode OVA series. This is just a short fun action romp that not many people know of.
Garo Season 1 (Honoo no Kokuin) and/or Season 3 (Vaishing Line) - Decent action anime based on a popular live action tv series in Japan. Season 2 is garbage don't watch it and each season is a self contained story so you don't have to watch one to get the other (although the first does explain what a Makai knight is which helps to know)
