So I want forum mods to make my life easier but like, astonishingly, I can't limit lobby mods to forums. However, actual mods can be given forum tools exclusively through keys. So here's the plan:
Let's add forum mods to the site, and furthermore forum mods (in addition to standard site mods) specializing in each lobby. They can be given the following keys:
Lock Topics
Unlock Topics
Sticky Topics
Unsticky Topic
Unlock Topic (don't ask me why there's two)
Move Topic
Suspend Forum
These aren't all forum-related keys; "final say" on things like bans and post deletion are still reserved for standard moderators, but forum mods would be able to keep forums organized and in check in interim.
If you make me mod I swear I will do my best to be 100% corrupt at all times and take bribes no matter what.

id be the best mod u had ever seen we have no choice tremendous ... a lot of money and were always winning they are morons losers you see a champion believe me dont even think about it its so true [i grab em by the p**** i dont even wait, believe me]
because main has historically hoarded every moderator, so the brief period where there were forum mods there were also a dozen global mods that only ever visited main
what has never happened in em history: actually using mod keys and actually having site mods and not main mods+
when we have one or two site mods from sandbox we've never had forum mods and we've never had mod specialization period since there's always been global mods which is also why em mods have traditionally always complained about doing too much
this is the one area where lucid gave us the tools we needed and we don't even use them
