is there a way just to end the round and start a new one? might be the best way to fix it at this point.
in the future games should just be refunded and if you suied in one of thos egames too bad so sad

what about this is related? if vondoom is understanding correctly, people only had one day (yesterday), the day before the round was even supposed to begin, to get 10 full hearts.
No it didn't work. They tried to compensate by giving everyone 10 hearts and pausing the round tomorrow but people joining today still only got 5 (it appeared they had 10 when they joined the round but as soon as they joined a game it reset back down to 5).
So the round reset didn't work? meeko has 489 points, which she got from 7 games, when she should've only had 5 hearts. And others have 10 hearts as well.
My guess is that somewhere in lucid's code is a redundant check that caps out a player's gold hearts at 5 * the number of days since they've joined the round (probably this is called on game join, because players who joined the round today appear to have 10 gold hearts before joining a game). So anyone who joined the round yesterday before it technically started doesn't have the problem, and those who joined today do.
It needs to be reset regardless. Sucks for those who did well, but if you're going to reset the round because a few people who sui'd had 4 hearts instead of 5, you need to restart when 100s of players have 5 instead of 10, just because they didn't think to join the round a day early.
Actually it seems to be the act of joining a game for the first time that resets to 5 from 10. When I joined the round I had 10 but when I joined my first game it reset down to 5. I confirmed this on my alt. It seems that those who joined the round before the first reset can use their 10 gold hearts normally. But those who joined after are being reset to 5.
This needs to be fixed, so long as you join the round the first day we should have equal hearts.
So uh, if someone suicides or vegts from a game and you have 10 hearts it sets your gold hearts to 5. I had 10 and now I have 5 after playing one game where partner vegged n1.
The round is going to need to be reset again.

It needs to be reset again, a lot of people got 10 hearts instead of 5. Others, however, remained with 5.
