Just get a basic black and spraypaint it, you seem to care far more about the aesthetics than anything else.
you should do polka dots and stripes :)

if you're not getting a separate heatsink for a $1200 computer you don't need a $1200 computer

uh... this? https://pcpartpicker.com/product/3MPfrH/deepcool-case-tesseractsw
ohh yes, i like this case.

also people are saying that the 1600 comes with a cooler and i don't need a separate one? idk whats the other separate one
most if not all cpu's come with a cooler that goes directly above the cpu chip

you can get a separate cooler that goes attached to your case if you think it'll heat up, or a liquid cooler. But, like i said, those aren't usually necessary unless you're overclocking or your gpu is the one overheating

If you want your computer to start up quickly I would recommend using an SSD as your boot drive, specifically and M.2 one!

What is like the most graphics intensive game you plan on playing

apparently i need to find a case designed for a specific motherboard?
There's different "sizes". In the one I linked, you would need a micro ATX case or bigger

1k - 1.2k is the sweet spot, yep
for a virtual reality machine?
1k-1.2k is usually the sweet spot for something that will last you a couple years without upgrading any of the pc components to run games at max quality

no lol i live in the us and yeah but i have games like GTA on my laptop. although my gaming laptop can run it on ultra, i imagine it runs much faster on a built pc with better compounds

You definitely don't need to spend $1000 for stuff like overwatch and league of legends. Just Google it

CPU cooler usually aren't necessary unless you're looking to overclock

And cases should be your personal preference
