I don't like the mentor system and don't believe in using it. I believe in mentoring without the system. I've said this thing like 3 times in the thread and pointed out my concern that private shoukdnt be stopped if he wants to be a mentor. But it looks like you cant read to save your life.

You're free to disagree with me and my opinions, I won't be personally offended or something because you have a different ideology on how the mentor system should work. I have no qualms with having reports that I've handled appealed and will gladly back up and explain any decision that I've made, because if I'm wrong I'd like to correct that and make it right.
It just gets really tiresome and old to constantly be berated and expected to reply to angry threads/posts all the time, that's why most other mods just troll you or don't reply.
Why does it bother the mod team if somene has a hat? Makes me feel the mod team thinks their friends don't look that cool if they have a hat which is possessed by many people.
