The mentor system will never work as long as there's a person who doesn't even play competitive mafia in charge.
I've seen tons of good players get rejected because they're "unfit" to be mentors, which makes no sense because the purpose of being a mentor is to teach someone how to be better at the game, your personality in games or on the forums should have no impact on whether or not you can be a mentor.
Give the mentorship program to a mod who isn't braindead (Gerry, prayag, denial, body, whoever else i missed that actually knows competitive)
