Well, the mods make those kind of decisions. It says "at moderator discretion" under those rules.

You think it isnt advanced. I think it is very advanced. So when I make a new setup and comp it, who decides whether it is advanced or not? You can't cross a line when deciding which setup to ban. You can only set boundaries like point payout and allowed roles. You can't quote an old thread that was agreed upon by some random self righteous noobs.

Any setup which becomes recognized as poor for comp will be taken down at moderator discretion.

I believe it would fall under here.

Fancy Pants is not an advanced setup and is almost coinflip level gameplay. Even the most easy competitive setups have some sort of advanced play or strategy.
