Yeah so, a lot of people really miss the classic icon set.

They feel they were somehow 'classic' or something idk it's weird. I don't buy it but a lot of people feel this way. Like a lot. So you should bring them back as a side-option. New roles keep the new icons.

I understand why it's easier to manage the site with just one set of icons. But that set of icons should the Classic Set, not the set that is currently being used. Please consider replacing the current set with the Classic Set, which is far superior.

hmm, i'll think about how to solve it..
emjack already solved it, it uses new icons where applicable

all you need to do is only apply the classic setting to roles which have a classic variant instead of every role

it might take a few more lines of css for each class (which is the way emjack does it) but hey the css is already enormous
