Rooo is a nice man. He has a good heart, and he's really not much of a troublemaker.
Does he deserve to be banned? Yes absolutely, he cheated et cetera. He certainly also deserves mercy though. He's not one of these users that gets banned, unbanned, then goes around trying to powerf*ck everyone on some massive ego trip.
