This is a dedicated thread for users to bounce around and brainstorm on ideas for new roles, items, game mechanics or anything else to improve and build upon our beloved Mafia game.

Back in 2015 Sims made a thread asking if anyone had any ideas for roles since Lucid was looking to make some new ones (found here: https://epicmafia.com/topic/71173?page=1) That thread's dead now, but it's always good to try to bring the community together and come up with new stuff for the game.

Some of you might know my reputation for designing new roles and my passion for Mafia. EpicMafia is a pretty cool website and can always use some new stuff to spice up and remix the usual game formula, and I know a few of you have ideas of your own.

NOTE: If you're here to complain about Sandbox moderation or the site mods, please don't.

Also, if a baker suicides can a famine not start? This was probably brought up but it ruins games

-3rd party
-Anyone who visits the jack o lantern trick or treats
-Has a 50% chance to give a treat- A gun, vest, crystal, key or bread
-Has a 50% chance to trick the visitor- Any fabbed item or a bomb
-Wins if 2 people die to their tricks

You can already do this.

When you create setup, add villager, doctor, mafia and cop. Click the + button to the right of the currently listed roles. Then, remove the cop and click on insane cop, and it'll create a setup where you have a possibility of either a sane or insane cop(tell me if that makes sense)

More customization to Setups:

Say I want a naked Baker or a gunned cop as soon as the game begins. Say I want a setup with a villager, doc, nilla... and EITHER a sane or insane cop.

Improvements to Famine:

Such a good concept only taken advantage of by Baker, Santa, Bleeder, Fab, and Amnesiac. Expand on famine. Maybe cannibalism where someone kills another player to survive famine? Maybe a mafia role immune to famine? Maybe a global system message after the night someone gives bread saying "You smell fresh bread!" (this would also make Fab's bread more ominous)?

One thing extra that would be really nice and probably not that hard for you to code (and would fix the icons being harder to recognize for some older players) would be to include a

You are "role name" on N1.

With cop obviously being cop and gallis/blue/loudmouth be Villager and my kawaii Gallis Hunter/Hunter being Hunter.

lol I thought the role title was pretty appropriate since it's a Gallis and a Hunter .

I'm still gunning for Poacher, since Sportsman would be a decent name for another role in the future. Whatever you like best though, Lucid.

You know how Microsoft Word has the option to Center or Align text in a certain aspect?

Can that be applied too? [It would be a nice touch up for profiles since it was implemented..]
Or fix the pie charts, it seems you don't like math lucid.. I guess its because the lobbies merge the statistics it gets bugged..
