This program is designed to help mafia players of all experience levels (not just for new players) improve their knowledge and skill-set through the one-to-one guidance of mentors. Mentors are chosen as players who have a deeper understanding of the game and are willing to share that with others. As a mentee, you will work with a mentor or mentors at your desired pace and times.
How this will work:

Basic: introduces players to mafia through Classic Mafia, a standard and simple mafia setup. Here, you will be introduced to the basic mechanics and in-game terminology. Any further questions you may have pertaining to the website, game, or tactics will also be answered.
Advanced: based on mentor oversight in ranked and unranked games. The site administrator implemented a function that allows a mentor to see his or her mentee's role without directly participating in the game. They will be able to share their thoughts and give guidance to their mentees. Mentees may also opt to play competitive games with their mentors and debrief when it's over.
Mentors cannot under any circumstance treat you any differently than any other player in a ranked game.

I agree with you. Most of my alt's have a much higher win rate. This is my main, which means I started on this acct and I used to be way worse than I am now, hence why my pie on this one isn't as good.
I kinda forget there are basic level mentors to teach people crap like FP tbh, so yeah my bad lul. and yeah of course good players lose, but how good can they be if they lose more than they win? not a targeted comment, just exploring your line of thinking.
We are cool. I also think that I have the capacity to teach new people the mechanics of fancy pants, considering I have played at least 1000 games. Remember, winning isn't always the sign of a good player, especially when it comes to comp (which is what i'm assuming you are basing your opinion of me from)
i'm not making drama.. i have friends that are bad at mafia, i can tell them that, it's not causing drama. i thought you and i were cool but if not then no probs. just don't see the point in a backwards mentoring programme.
This infers you don't think I'm better than you. Being likeable doesn't qualify you to be a mentor anymore than the fact that I can spell correctly and you can't. I still play some games, the playerbase is just pretty poor right now.
Never said I was good, I'm just more likable :fufu: Anyways you were banned, means you did something wrong. If you don't play, you won't know if it got better or how the newer people like to play. Also insulting the players isn't gonna get much favor from the people themselves
I am better than you. You have a 58% win ratio because you played Dethy for 157/190 of your games. Your mafia win ratio is 40%. I have a higher win ratio as mafia compared to town on the majority of my accounts, which is generally quite rare. You're not good enough to be a mentor, however that is only my opinion and this site has a history of making trash tier players mentors, like SheepPotato.
My point is that before I was banned I was going to become a mentor, and if I was made a mentor then I would have an incentive to continue playing. Currently I don't want to play because the playerbase is so bad that the games are worthless. If the quality of the playerbase improved, the games would too.
Regardless, the mentor programme is currently on hold anyway.
