Welcome to Forum Mafia 20: Tarot Mafia.

Game has ended during Day 5 in a town win.

Setup Notes:

  • 72 hour days, 24 hour nights.
  • This setup is role madness; everyone will be a power role.
  • This game will be for 13 players; 10 will be town and 3 will be mafia.
  • I will be using Natural Action Resolution.
  • A sample town role PM may be viewed here. Additional flavor may be present in actual role PM's for both alignments.

Hmmm. Well, there is a chance some people won't find me as clear because of my role. But, it's very townie, and I don't think people will scumread me if I'm forced to use it for reasons. :)
are you able to use it during the day or only at night? i would assume only during the night because of moon...but who knows

in other words, this:

yes, you may be expected to think town crier is a town role, but if you see people claiming they can auto clear themselves or actually "clearing" themselves, you would start to question it, no?

so it's not like we'd be blindly townreading the claim, because the setup itself is a role madness. if there were too many people that contradicted or had the same typeish ability, you'd likely naturally question if your townread was valid based off a claim

But if crier is supposed to be near-clear, that means crier is USUALLY town-sided, which goes back to it being a leantown role

So you're saying if she expected us all to clear a mafia crier she wouldn't add it in ye?
i'm saying she wouldn't add it for that reason, specifically, with the express intent of having us clear mafia.
if there were 5 roles that could clear themselves by being in virtue roles that are usually town sided - would you still believe that all 5 are clear?

main question you should ask yourself

(soda, gerry, pap is a POSSIBLE three so far, with an alignment cop that gives an ALIGNMENT report)
