American people having Indian avis making me think they're in the wrong timezone.

I need to know who are the legit Indians (and Pakistanis).

when is this poo water refilled? at what point is there too much poo in the water to consider the PFW (poo filled water) clean. very interested in facts/figures related to PFW fecal tolerance and water quality

i have read that nearly 1 in 2 indian citizens defecate in the open. also, i have been told by indians that it is common practice to rub your rectum with water with one hand to clean the dung from it, then put your hand back in the same water source to repeat the process. please comment as to the veracity of these reports.
