Welcome to Forum Mafia 19: Forbidden Actions!

Game is over. Ended on Day 5

Mafia wins! This game was ranked.

The mastermind's behind this game are Gerry, Mori and myself.

The game will be played like any other Forum Mafia game, with one twist! Every player will be given an action pregame. If the action they are given is performed, they will be Killed from the game, with their forbidden action being shown afterward. More information will be given under Rules.

I. The Schedule:

72 Hour Days. 24 Hour Nights

  • If you don't submit actions by the deadline I will consider you taking no action.

II. The Set Up:

  • There is no "possible roles list". I promise not to get too crazy.

  • Mafia will have Day chat. And will know each other's Forbidden Actions

  • You will get an Alignment PM. Town or Mafia and your alignment will not change.

You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Each night, one of you or your partners may perform the factional kill. You may kill and perform your role action during the same night.

You win if at least one member of your group is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same)

III. The Rules:

As explained earlier, there will be forbidden actions. YOU CANNOT SHARE YOUR FORBIDDEN ACTION. If found to, you will be mod killed. If you commit the forbidden action, you will be killed from the game. You may speculate forbidden actions of others within the game. If asked whether your forbidden action is something, you cannot confirm or deny. You can also not soft or hint as to what your forbidden action is.

We also will be strict about ISP and replacements. If you think for any reason you MAY have to be replaced, do not sign up. We also reserve the right to deny anyone from joining, if we believe you will troll, isp, sub.

IV. Votes:

  • Votes must be made in the format Vote: Playername. Bolding is done using the tags [b][/b].

  • I will not take any other type of vote. If I can't tell who you're voting, I won't take it.

MOD NOTE Mori will be giving out a token prize to a player from each alignment who the hosts determined played best.

I can admit my mistakes but it takes a great ignorance to say that you were one of the best townplayers, pointed strictly at Dyl.
I went 3/3 in townreads

I went 1/1 in scumreads.

I played the game for not even a full day. There's no doubt in my mind that if I got Transcend out, Babylonia was next, and Impoetic was a wild card.

The only thing you can say is that I insulted the town and AtE'd. I did so because I knew my reads were correct and nobody followed through because you all think you're so good at the game.

You screwed up literally every single day in this game did absolutely NOTHING to contribute to the town even though you were a CLEAR at one point.

Guarantee if I was in your position, town would have won
you left the game
I left the game for an unrelated reason, what does that have to do with anything
Leaving the game is the least productive thing you can do to further your win condition
don't know what point you're trying to get at. it's like you're trying to say that i gave up and let the town down and you're trying to use that against me or something
You're trying to put people down for how they played the game. You played the game in the least productive way possible. You are a hypocrite.

yeah thanks for hosting guys. i honestly think it was a fun game though i realize i'm saying that from the perspective of someone who won.

i'll put up a thread for a new game tomorrow if no one else tells me they have something they really wanna host

my reads made total sense and i explained all of them. if you're good, you'd follow my reads. town didn't follow my reads. look what happened

TO BE FAIR I HAD IMPOETIC AS NOT TOWN BUT I THOUGHT SHE WAS SK NOT MAFIA WHICH IS WHY I DIDN'T SAY SHE WAS SCUM. Retti and Dylan stfu. Retti you were babied by mods so don't try to attack others now when you cried about it earlier. Dylan stop antagonizing. Everyone harass DENIAL instead.

I think I played pretty badly because I didn't have the gumption to push my scumreads and instead relied on antitown/lurkers to hold them, constantly putting them on the backburner due to fear of being wrong. I certainly never said about me playing good, but I certainly don't have the self-inflated ego of your likes because you managed to be right about a couple of reads. Reads don't mean anything if you can't actually convince people of them, and the same can be said of me this game.

You are honestly the most irritating person i've ever met, and I've had to share a modchat with laurierose.
