Just want clarification. Are we allowed to use those words again?

What about honest meta and the whole making people swear on family members thing?

Both of those used to be instantly reportable, so I just wan to know what's changed.

I do want to know what is completely out of the question though. Apparently a lot has changed in the year i was gone. This place was a hellhole a year ago in a police state.
