jsyk red hearts aren't that bad and you can feel very prouf of some wins because in competitive losing just makes you think someone threw and it's just so tense it's not enjoyable sometimes

GT vio is a suspension and a violation you carry for SIX MONTHS that can lead to your ban when caught again. But now, he just sits without his vio to serve as a red flag for all the throwing he's doing now. The slap on the wrist of a DQ is much easier to go forward with than a GT vio that'll bury you down the line.
