Welcome to Forum mafia 18 Pick Your Power edition! (With a Club theme)

I. The Schedule:

72 Hour Days 24 Hour Nights

  • If you don't submit actions by the deadline I will consider you taking no action.

II The Set Up:

Some Basic details:

  • The Mafia to Town Ratio is 3:11
  • Mafia have DayTalk

The set up itself:

  • You will first get an Alignment pm Town or Mafia and you're alignment can not change

Example PM

Welcome xSoniaNeverMindx! You are aligned with the Town.

You will win when all threats to the town are eliminated.

"Oh you're one of those good guys huh? Figures anyway welcome to the club enjoy your stay! Just try not to get yourself hurt..."

Welcome Ripple! You are aligned with the Mafia.

You are partners with (Player name) and (Player name) you share a day talk here (url here)

Each night, one of you or your partners may perform the factional kill. You may kill and perform your role action during the same night.

"I knew some people would try and rebel against this lovely club don't worry though I'm not one to judge just don't get caught too early eh?"

To confirm that you know your alignment, you must send me a number for the draft along with what you're alignment is

The draft will then start

The lowest unique number will draft first, followed by the next unique numbers in lowest > highest order, then the Highest duplicate numbers > Lowest duplicates.

Example PM:

"Well done you have placed (number) in the draft now please pick from this list!

  • Doctor or Role Blocker
  • 1 shot Vigilante or 1 Shot Granny
  • Cop or 1 Shot Driver
  • 1 hit Bp or Bomb
  • Jailer or Tracker
  • Night 3 Vigilante or Hunter
  • Role Cop or Universal Backup
  • Follower or Voyeur

If you pick a slot that someone higher in the draft then you picked you will be vanilla/goon

After this will you get a final role PM and you must PM me back with your role what you do and what side you are on.

Shrub picked from the set of roles that i picked from. He was first so I'm vt. I know the two roles he can be and i feel me outing it would be EXTREMELY helpful to the mafia, so i will keep that mine and shrubs dirty little secret.

I can't find any town motivation for roleblocking someone he townread and was likely pr.

How can granny use the alert if you are going to be role blocking their night action by jailing them?

And you didn't consider you might jail a town pr and roleblock them?
I honestly didn't care if they were a town PR, they weren't my doctor read, so I had nothing to worry about, if they were cop or something that would suck, but they'd be safe from death that night.

Screw it, I'm vt. Shrub picked my role, i almost rvs'd him for a bizarre reason for doing it.

I know which set of roles shrub picked from and as of today I'm heavily leaning towards his inclinations for wanting this role were from a town perspective and not a scum one.
Can you explain the 1st part a bit clearer?

And 2nd part of the 2nd paragraph, I thought of that too, but if you see my recent post, do you think it's possible he picked a town friendly role to be cleared for it?

I kind of thought we went over a list of roles mafia would want over the others, and didn't you guys put jailer and tracker at the bottom of this list? If I was mafia and 3rd draft pick, why would I go for roles that would help the town? And if your answer to that is for me to keep you guys from getting it, if that was the case someone would have outed by now saying that were vt after trying to claim jailer to help prove my innocence.

Also, sonia another question. Is it possible that say. All Mafia lost the draft and there could be 3 Mafia Goons? Like just because someone is 2nd in the draft, doesnt mean they are PR tho. Like say if Matt is mafia and Shrub is town. Say they both picked to be Doctor. Then Matt would be Mafia Goon. (so I just wanna make sure.) Also, is it possible that a role is unused? Say no one entered the draft for Follower or Voyeur, would no one end up with this role?


To answer your first question Yes it is possible if you picked a role someone higher in the draft already picked you will become a vanilla town/mafia goon meaning there could be 3 mafa goons or 0

To answer your 2nd question If no one picks a role in the draft it's just gone no one picked it so it's not in the game

So, it's very possible that Mafia could have no PRs. If we were lucky. Also, I'm not just gonna clear Shrub for being first anymore. Because since he could talk to his partners about his number he coulda thought of something smart like (I'll pick Granny. and I can be uncc'd and be like 'why would i pick granny as maf' to clear himself)
